CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Crews working on the renovation of Haddad Riverfront Park will begin drilling next week to prepare for the foundation of the new canopy project. As a result, though, the block of Kanawha Boulevard between Laidley and Summers streets will be closed to all traffic, starting at 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 26 until that portion of the construction project is complete.
